Description:

Alcoholics Anonymous (A.A.) is a fellowship of self-help groups dedicated to helping alcoholics achieve sobriety. The triangle within a circle was adopted as an official A.A. symbol in 1955 and was used over the next few decades on the organization’s printed material. The circle represents the whole world of Alcoholics Anonymous, and the three sides of the triangle represent the organization’s three Legacies of Recovery, Unity, and Service.

While the symbol is now no longer used on A.A. literature, it is still associated with A.A. and undoubtedly has special meaning for its members everywhere. That’s how Braecrest Design came to create this Tyndall Stone sculpture - as a commissioned work for our client.
